Privacy policy

Who we are: Wanasy is operated by Amro AlTelbani, Toulouse, France (contact: support@wanasy.com). This policy covers the website wanasy.com and the Wanasy clinic application (app.wanasy.com).

1. This website

No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Your language choice (Arabic or English) is kept in your browser's local storage only.

Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operation.

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your e-mail app with your message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it. We use what you send us only to reply to you and arrange a demo. If we do not start working together, we delete it within 12 months.

2. Business contacts

We may contact clinics at their published business e-mail, Instagram or WhatsApp business number to ask about their reminder process. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to businesses. Every message tells you who we are, and a simple "no thanks" stops all further messages. We never sell or share contact lists.

3. The clinic application

A clinic using Wanasy decides which client data it stores (for example pet owner name, phone number, pet details and vaccine due dates). For that data the clinic is the data controller and Wanasy processes it only on the clinic's instructions, to send the reminders and bookings the clinic has set up.

Reminders are only sent to clients who have agreed to receive them, and any client can reply "STOP" (or "إيقاف") to stop them immediately.

Data is stored in an encrypted Supabase database in the European Union (Ireland), with each clinic isolated from every other clinic. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. When a clinic stops using Wanasy, it receives an export of its data and we delete it.

4. Service providers

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website and app hosting.
• Supabase (EU region, Ireland): database and backend.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): message delivery.
• ImprovMX: forwarding of e-mail sent to @wanasy.com addresses.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@wanasy.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU you can also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr). If you are a client of a clinic that uses Wanasy, you can also contact your clinic directly.

لا ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا أدوات تحليل ولا تتبّع إعلاني. يُحفظ اختيار اللغة في متصفحك فقط. نموذج التواصل لا يرسل شيئاً إلى خوادمنا: يفتح واتساب أو بريدك برسالة جاهزة، وأنت من يقرّر إرسالها، ونستخدمها فقط للرد عليك.

التطبيق

العيادة هي المسؤولة عن بيانات عملائها، ونعالجها نيابةً عنها فقط لإرسال التذكيرات والحجوزات. تُرسل التذكيرات فقط لمن وافق على استلامها، ويمكن لأي عميل إيقافها فوراً بكلمة «إيقاف». تُخزَّن البيانات مشفّرة في الاتحاد الأوروبي (أيرلندا)، وكل عيادة معزولة عن غيرها، ولا نبيع البيانات أبداً.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر support@wanasy.com، ونرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
